At the LIFE CODE Laboratory, all tests are performed with samples collected by specialized personnel, during regular operating hours and by appointment only.
For special cases and the collection of genetic material, access to the laboratory is allowed by appointment only, including weekends.
For samples sent from other laboratories, the sample collection and shipping instructions must be followed, according to the type and quantity of sample required for each test. Each sample must be accompanied by:
- Referral form
- Consent form for genetic analyses, fully completed.

At home within Athens
At workplaces outside Athens, by prior arrangement
Sample collection is conducted by appointment with the Secretariat.
For the collection of genetic samples, each sample must necessarily be accompanied by the Referral Form and the Consent Form for the genetic analyses, fully completed.
